Notes

→ All rates include 15% VAT.
→ All departures are guarantee based on the weather.
→ Due to weather conditions and tides it is not always possible to reach the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon by vehicle along the beach. We then drive to the top of the dune overlooking Sandwich Harbour.
Please advise your clients accordingly to avoid disappointment.
→ Tour guide is free of charge (FOC) for translation purpose only and subject to availability.
→ No tour is private or exclusive window seat only unless specifically requested and quoted for.
→ Please advise in advance if guests need any physical assistance. We do cater for persons with disabilities.
→ Children aged 0-3 going to Sandwich Harbour, please advice in advance for us to arrange for a car seat / if client have their own car seat, they are welcome to bring it along.
→ Group and Private rates available on request.
→ Please advice at time of booking if a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary, is being celebrated on board.
→ Kindly note that any transfers/pick-ups are not included in the activity rate - however, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
→ Returning time depends on how long client’s take at one viewpoint to another.
→ Invoice payments to be settled before 30 days.
→ We are open on 25 December and 01 January on request.
→ Please advise dietary requirements in advance.
→ Different snack platters and drinks from what we serve, can be requested at an additional fee
→ 100 % cancellation fees will be charged for no shows, cancellation on the date of the tour and cancellations made within 24hrs of excursion.
→ 50% cancellations will be charged for made within 48 hours of excursion.
